What is your story? Have you ever felt like you were living a lie. Pretending to the outside world that you were loved & fulfilled in your family, work or church relationships? Only to be going through life with a heavy heart due to the strain of being silently abused by a toxic loved one, partner, co-worker or ministry leader?
It's time to take a deep breath and tell your story~ We here at TGN have also walked the agonizing path of Narcissistic Abuse . We have created a safe space for you to share your story and we will walk with you through your healing journey.
Your Healing
Healing from Narcissistic & Toxic Abuse is a process. This process starts with radical acceptance of the truth of your abusive relationship.
Oftentimes, those of us that are targets of Narcissistic and Toxic abuse are long-suffering, forgiving and empathetic. These 'fruits' of the Holy Spirit are evidence of our relationship with Christ- However, lack of sound biblical understanding can set you up to endure the abuse that Jesus died to set you free from.
Your Recovery process will bring you to the feet of your Savior. Jesus wants you to rest and recover. He wants to remove the heavy yoke of bondage that your abuser has placed on you. He wants to remove the cognitive dissonance and rumination that has plagued your mind for so long. The Lord wants to root you firmly in the Truth of
how much you are cherished & loved by Him.
Your Restoration
Your Heavenly Father wants to take you from Survivor to Thriver! Narcissistic and Toxic Relationship Abuse keep you on the hamster wheel of survival. Instead of being free to be all that God has called you to be ~ You spend your time, energy, resources & love trying to keep the toxic people in your life "happy". All the while feeling like your needs and fulfillment are completely ignored.
We will help you walk out of your bonds of relationship slavery into your promise land of Restoration.
We will help you identify the voice & leading of Holy Spirit, and stand with you in prayer as you follow Him into the future and hope He has already prepared for you!
HE will "bestow on you a crown of beauty
instead of ashes, the oil of joy
instead of mourning, and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.

She holds a double Major Bachelor's degree in both Psychology & Sociology with an emphasis on Spiritual Growth, Freedom & Discipleship. Lynn, is an Accredited Trauma Informed Coach with the Global Coaches Alliance whose mission is to develop Kingdom-based trauma informed coaches that adhere to a Standard of Excellence and Best Practices in the field of Christ Centered Mentorship.
Lynn partners with women challenged by Narcissistic & Spiritual Abuse sustained in relationships and churches. Her Ready~Set~Heal Program empowers women to set realistic and actionable goals that promote healing, spiritual growth & motivation to pursue their unique purpose in God while overcoming the trauma from spiritual & Narcissistic abuse.
