Lynn is uniquely equipped to help lead women out of toxic abuse Through her extensive training, Unique life & ministry experience, Youtube Podcast & her Ready~Set~Heal coaching programs & courses.
She holds a double Major Bachelor's degree in both Psychology & Sociology with an emphasis on Spiritual Growth, Freedom & Discipleship. Lynn, is an Accredited Trauma Informed Coach with the Global Coaches Alliance whose mission is to develop Kingdom-based trauma informed coaches that adhere to a Standard of Excellence and Best Practices in the field of Christ Centered Mentorship.
Lynn partners with women challenged by Narcissistic & Spiritual Abuse sustained in relationships and churches. Her Ready~Set~Heal Program empowers women to set realistic and actionable goals that promote healing, spiritual growth & motivation to pursue their unique purpose in God while overcoming the trauma from spiritual & Narcissistic abuse.
Through her podcast & website she also offers
a variety of free resources & support for those seeking fellowship, restoration & healing.
Lynn created the highly accredited Ready~Set~Heal program that includes 1:1 Coaching, group healing sessions & online courses as a paid service to those looking for deeper emotional healing, spiritual restoration & Mentorship.
